Description: Now with more than five years of classes behind us we are happy to offer Food As Medicine again for those that want to learn the practical skills of using food to prevent and treat disease. While cooking classes are easy to find, very few people anywhere in North America can teach the art and science of medicinal cooking at this level. Immerse yourself in the energetics of food, and step past the dietary dictocrats to get at the heart of what makes you tick.
